Thank you for your interest in Forest Knolls Pool. We hope you will be joining us this summer and for many more to come.

To become a permanent member, you must pay a one-time membership fee and annual dues. The current fee schedule is as follow:

Once the full membership fee is paid, you will receive a certificate, which entitles you to all rights and privileges of membership. It is valid as long as you pay the annual dues or an inactive member fee. Certificates issued after 1989 cannot be sold, but if you sell your home, you may choose to transfer your membership to the new owners.

To become a member, please submit the following:

• Completed Membership Application and, if applicable, Parental Consent Form from the membership package which is available in PDF format. (In order to view and print PDF files, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have it, you may download the Acrobat Reader from Adobe's Web site at no charge.)
• Current photos of all family members who will be using the pool. The photos will be kept on file at the front desk and used to confirm active membership. You may submit a group photo or individual passport size photos (2" by 3").
• Applicable fee or dues—checks should be made payable to Forest Knolls Pool, Inc.
