| If have not renewed your membership, now is the time.
Membership payments were due May 1st, but we do have a grace period before
the late fees kick in of May 15th. You may pay by check, or use
Paypal. Don't forget the Special Assessments are also due.

POOL CLEAN-UP |

| If you haven't checked out the pool during
our yard sale last weekend, you'll be surprised on how great the pool
looks, now that the renovations are completed. Yet our work isn't
completed. Thanks to Board Member Nanci Schaefer, we are underway on
those important tasks to get our pool ready for opening day. Every weekend from now until opening day, Nanci and a small dedicated band of volunteers are working to paint, clean and get the pool area ready....AND THEY NEED MORE HELP! |

| Have a neighbor or friend that would like to join a pool? Why not OUR pool! Remember there is a $75 Finders Fee for any member who brings in a new member and they join our pool community! Also that new member would be eligible for a $100 Rebate off their first year membership dues. They also can use the Paypal feature. It can't get any easier! |
